Start
I have Gamecock 7m behind, but can be that the tracker or the pings were off. With the pin a bit favored and two boats locking themselves out and being late, there was no need to push so hard to be really close to the line. A little safety and Gamecock is either leading or second easily after the gun. This has left Vigilant alone in the front.

1st Upwind

Vigilant controlling the fleet nicely. Defiant tacks under the layline and with the left approach manages to jump in front of New Wave, even with two extra tacks. Trying to nail the right layline from far is never recommended. Is just impossible to get it right.

Gamecock with lower sailing in the middle losing some meters. Could be possibly due to more current?
To check the current with the stick anywhere, you can try to use this tool, developed by IB-Sailing, too:

Top Mark
Defiant jumping in, even though New Wave was trying to prevent it by bearing away hard

1st Downwind

Gamecock with a solid gain due to early gybe. Defiant was also getting pretty close to Vigilant, but losing a bit later. New Wave with two consecutive gybes, losing some meters.

Gate Rounding

Right turn better, allowing Vigilant to extend even more. New Wave also took it, but with pretty bad rounding

2nd Upwind

Defiant in need to put a boat between themselves and New Wave. They did it pretty well, allowing Gamecock to jump in between. Gamecock with by far the best leg, but losing it all with going way over the layline

2nd Downwind

No changes in the last downwind. Early gybe has gained a bit. Gamecock a bit slower than others, especially in the 2nd part
