Start

Quite some boats called over. As far as I can see, all were over the line. AMac shown at 3.4 meters, attacking the line with quite a high angle, so just at the line with the bow. Was a close call with 3.8m between the bow and Atlas. Once again, Racesense has 10HZ refresh and accurate boat shapes, so is probably better than SailViewer can get with 1-2HZ logs. In any case, once you are within a few cm over/below the start line, you are already too close and the call can go both ways.

1st Minute of racing, sorted by VMG. Tango and HKG the best.
1st Upwind

AMac and Triad catching up on the leaders by being a bit more right. Then at the end the lefty came and helped RacerCC to extend the lead.

- Right wind shift
- Left boats forced to sail on port still in right wind
- Leftie at the very top

Top Mark

RacerCC solid 7 seconds faster than the 2nd best boat.

1st Downwind

Course skewed. RacerCC, Tango and Triad had the best time. Probably more up to technique now in the breeze.

Gate Rounding

Large bias, just have to go to the favored mark. Triad from 30m behind AMac to 40 ahead in a single moment. One advice on how I try to get the bias from the sailing boat is by focusing on the smallest waves, showing the wind direction. Then I try to extend them down and see if one mark is higher than other in respect to that wave line. If I can see the difference, it is big enough that it almost always has to be taken. RacerCC far faster than anyone else.

2nd Upwind

The wind going left all the time. Tiger gaining from left, Tango too. RacerCC by far the fastest again.

- Right at the bottom
- Left at the top

Clean sailing numbers
2nd Top mark

2nd Downwind

Tango and RacerCC the fastest, followed by Thelastone that went all the way to the left corner with the straight set.
