How to request account deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address used in your TideMeasure account, with subject: Delete TideMeasure account.

Please include:

• Your account email address
• Optional note: “Delete account and all associated cloud data”

What will be deleted

• Your TideMeasure account (Firebase Authentication)
• Your associated cloud measurement data stored in Firestore under your user profile

What may be retained temporarily

Security logs and backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted.

Delete some data without deleting account

You can delete individual measurements inside the app (List tab → select → Delete). When signed in, deleted measurements are removed from cloud storage as well.
